THE PROJECT LIST
Realities:
- It is our expecation that projects in the FEED stage may drop off the list. We will note those as "Closed" and give a reason.
- These project descriptions are intentionally generic. Confidentiality is real, and publicizing information at the wrong time may limit project viability.
- Not all projects have investors at early stages, and we are open to connecting.
- Development has a real cost. We are always looking for additional devco funds.
- We are adding value to these projects, not the sole owner or developer. For some we are the developer, for others a consultant or independent sponsor.
We want to see at least 24 projects move forward this year.
