Impact Energy Solutions, Inc. (IES) is an energy conservation company specializing in reducing energy costs and improving operational efficiencies in commercial building systems. Headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, we provide consulting, energy auditing, and specifically develop and implement Automated Continual Commissioning programs utilizing Scientific Conservation’s SCIwatch platform, providing ongoing support and system management.
IES management has over twenty years of experience developing over $50 million in large scale energy projects. These projects were part of energy performance contracts for hospitals, universities and municipal clients, in alliance with major Energy Service Companies. Based on this experience, it became evident that these large capital intensive projects were not addressing operational issues and that the savings were deteriorating over time due to energy drift. As the complexity of building automation has increased, the need for technology to comprehensively address operational efficiency has grown. IES was created to develop and implement software-based energy conservation programs without the need for large up-front capital expenditure and with the benefit of a rapid payback. Our goal is to eliminate energy drift, reduce operational costs and extend equipment life.
